Intersect
I took a trip over a weekend to Chicago for some of the high rise buildings in the area. For the photo ¨ Intersect ¨ I went around the back of those buildings and found the window so I decided to take a picture. I took these photos on the way to lunch with my family. For the first one I wanted to show the true scale of the building itself. For the second picture I wanted to get the first building with another building at sort of an angle.
Front
This house was very weird it was rebuilt and remodeled so many times it has a a weird grate above the basement and the flat concrete side is part of a mini area that connect to the back of the main house. We stayed there for the weekend. It was sort of close to the city. For the first picture I was to show how intercity the grate is. For the second I want to try to an up shot of the connecting area.
Depth
I took these photos out of our rental car when we were driving through the city. I wanted to capture the very interesting underbelly. For the first picture I also wanted to try and get some buildings in there two. I also did this with the third picture a bit better. But for the second picture I just get the focal point on the underbelly.
Hint of Halloween
I took this picture the day we got back. I always loved this house, it's like my dream home. For the first picture I tried to get a hunted house vibe in the picture and at a slight angle. For the second picture I wanted to zoom into the windows to get the unique reflection in the bottom window. For the third I wanted to get a full picture of the house without an angle and I really like how the photo turned out.
School on the hill
I took these photos and then list them for a few days because I took them on my friends phone and I had to try and get them onto my phone. The first photo may look a little unassuming however but it was a close up of one of the school walls with an ¨ i ¨ stain on it. I really liked the wall so I wanted to take a picture of it for the project. For the second picture I wanted to get the interesting shapes of the building and I got them in the photo. For the third picture I wanted to get the school from a unique angle and a far shot which I got. The third photo is my personal favorite.
